Adrian Polec is the Founder and Chairman of Prime Batteries Technology, a leading producer of lithium-ion batteries based near Bucharest. Since its founding in 2016, the company has significantly expanded, attracting investment from EIT InnoEnergy and other partners to scale up production. Prime Batteries Technology is expected to reach a production capacity of 2.3 GWh by 2025, with plans to scale up to 8 GWh within the next 3 years.

Adrian has over 17 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur. His background includes management in chemical production, construction and battery manufacturing. Currently, he manages over 800 employees.
