Roxana is a banking professional with extended experience in working with strategic projects in various areas with high potential for business development, efficiency or transformation as well as over 15 years of corporate banking having a solid track record of successful transactions with corporate clients operating in a variety of sectors, ranging from heavy industry and metallurgy to hospitality and education.

Starting 2023, she embarked on a new professional chapter as the ESG & Sustainability Director of Raiffeisen Bank Romania, steering this key initiative within the organization, to fulfill its commitment to act as a facilitator in the transition to the green economy and a sustainable community.

She is passion driven and takes sustainability as a great responsibility, being an important regulatory theme to both the organization and its clients and an opportunity in allocating resources for mitigating climate change and sustainable and inclusive growth, for future generations to come.
